Frequently asked questions
Which data feeds does Depthwise support?
Futures via Rithmic and dxFeed. Crypto data comes straight from Binance. The heatmap needs a feed with market depth (Level 2).
Can I practice without real money?
Yes. With the simulated account and replay you trade recorded sessions with your own limits for order size and position.
Does Depthwise run on a Mac?
Depthwise is a Windows application for Windows 10 and 11. On a Mac it runs inside a Windows VM, for example with Parallels.
How do I cancel?
With one click in your customer account. Monthly plans end at the end of the current month. Yearly plans run for at least one year and can then be cancelled with one month’s notice. Lifetime is a one-time payment and never needs cancelling.
